mmm.. Banana Berry Smoothie
Preparation: 5 minutes Serves: 3 cups
Ingredients:
200g fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana, chopped
3 sccops low-fat frozen yoghurt (or vanilla ice cream)
1 cup cold milk
1tbsp honey
Method:
1. Place fruit, milk, honey and yoghurt into blender.
2. Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into tall glasses. Serve! =]
