Hideo Dekura's Sushi Workshop

There is a Sushi and Sashimi Workshop at Sydney's Fish Markets on Saturday 11th August, where you get to learn the art of sushi making under the Master Chef Hideo Dekura.
In 2007, the Japanese Government awarded Dekura the prestigious Award for Service to Japanese Food Culture
