To support and promote National Volunteer Week 2008 and environmental volunteering in particular, The Watershed Sustainability Resource Centre is holding a combined information and celebration evening.

The evening will provide details of the environmental volunteer programs run in the City of Sydney and Marrickville Council areas and will also celebrate the incredible work achieved by current environmental volunteers.

This event will be held on Wednesday 14 May from 5.30pm 7.30pm at The Watershed, 218 King Street, Newtown.

It is open to current and potential volunteers.
