2008 sydney vegan expo

Cool the Planet Bite by Bite - 2008 Sydney VeganExpo

Where: Wharf 8 Arrivals Hall, 53 Hickson Road, Sydney, opp Napoleon Street.
When: Sunday, 15 June 2008
What:  Want to reverse global warming? Did you know that what you decide to eat has a big impact on the environment? Come and find out more at Cool the Planet Bite by Bite 2008, the Third Annual Sydney VeganExpo at 10am-4pm 15 June 2008.

The key message of this year's Sydney VeganExpo is we can make a difference. Although some scientists have said that we may have already passed the tipping point, it's not too late to reverse the destructive forces of greenhouse gasses - but it's urgent that we take measures now, both individually and collectively.

Cool the Planet Bite by Bite 2008 features special guests
Darren Cordeux from Kisschasy
Steve Kilbey of The Church
Lindsay McDougall of Frenzal Rhomb and Triple J
Lee Rhiannon, leader of the NSW Greens
Pete Ahh
Plus eco-friendly fashion show and so much more!

This year the Expo has moved to a bigger, more central location, next to Darling Harbour. This new venue is close to public transport and offers plenty of free parking. Entry is still only $5 per person, so bring the whole family and all your friends - you will have a fun and inspiring great day out at this picturesque venue!

This year there will be stalls featuring many animal and environmental groups as well as the latest vegan products for personal use, health and environmental protection. Of course delicious healthy vegan food will be available all day.

Help reverse global warming, help exploited animals and get healthier all in one great day out.

Cool the Planet Bite by Bite 2008 is proudly supported by Voiceless the fund for animals (www.voiceless.org.au).

Our health. Our planet. Without harm. We can make a difference.
