What: | Hundreds of canines and their owners are expected to descend on Pyrmont Point on Saturday, May 24, for a pooch party with a difference. The second annual Vivas Lend Lease Dogs Breakfast・is being held at Jacksons Landing, Sydney's most pet-friendly residential community, from 10am to 2pm. The event will be headlined by: ・Australia's best-known vet Dr Harry Cooper, who will provide free consultations and demonstrations ・Pet whisperer Simonne Lee, who uses telepathy to exchange thoughts and emotions with dogs ・Assistance Dogs Australia, a non-profit organisation that trains Labradors and Golden Retrievers for people with physical disabilities ・Dog trainer Steve Austin, who will act as MC as well as providing demonstrations. It will feature: ・Contests to find Sydney's cutest, ugliest and hungriest dog, as well as an opportunity to identify the dog that most resembles its master ・Flyball relay races over hurdles between competing canines, and ・Stalls displaying grooming accessories, leads and collars, pet toys, training aids, health products, and a range of bedding and clothing for dogs There will also be dogachinos and eat-treats which are sure to be woofed-down, while owners will be able to enjoy a barbecue and refreshments of their own.
